In retrospect, now that I've learned more about nutrition, The Heart Attack Grill doesn't seem as bad as it thinks it is. The worst things on it's menu are not the lard, meat and cheese. It's the bread, and probably large vats of sugar-filled soda that contributed to heart disease risk. For overweight people, the fried potatoes aren't a good idea either, although the fact that they're fried in lard probably helps!
