MACE Downhill MTB Helmet: $50

MACE Downhill Mountain Biking Helmet MACE Downhill Helmet

Barely used, this is a sweet lid to protect your melon when you’re ripping down mountains. It was about $150 to buy new, and has never been crashed. Bonus: it comes with free bunny ears!

Smith Holt Ski Helmet w/ Audio: $75

A practically brand new ski helmet from Smith, complete with integrated stereo sound, so you can rock out as you shred the gnar. It comes with an audio cable for volume control. The ear pieces and insulation can be removed for summer use in the skate park or on your bike.

Gore-Tex Shell: $100

This tough outer layer is specifically designed with skiing in mind. It’s from MEC, where it cost about $475. Authentic Gore-Tex for complete waterproofing, yet high breathability. It features weather-proof zippers, pockets big enough to hold goggles, a powder skirt, and a storm hood that will fit over a helmet. Great jacket. Size “L”.

Stainless Steel Liam-Li Computer Chasis + PC : $250

I have an old PC with an amazing stainless steel Liam-Li case. This is not a link to the specific model, but it’s close: Liam-Li Mid-Tower Chassis.

Stainless Steel Liam-Li PC

The PC has an ATI Radeon video card with a TV tuner on it, a voice/fax modem, two quality 10/100 network interfaces, a 2-channel UltraSCSI 160 card with an external port and 2 x 160GB 10,000rpm server-class SCSI drives (internal), a Pentium4 2.4GHz CPU, 512mb of RAM, and 4 free drive bays. Presently running Gentoo Linux in a software RAID configuration.

Sorry for the crappy pic from my cell phone — it’s on the bottom of a rack in a server room.

17oz Pool Cue: $30

12″ 1Ghz G4 PowerBook: $400

It’s one of these, only with 512MB of RAM, a larger hard drive (80GB I think) and running OS X 10.5. Works perfectly, except that it’s battery no longer holds a charge.

Made with rugged materials, and includes daisy-chain loops on the back and metal rings on the front.
